About Us

Our Purpose

Our facility is equipped with state of the art technology and diagnostic services. Our goal is to fill the gap between general practice and emergency care. Our urgent care facility will welcome you with open arms and work as a team to run diagnostics and start treatments on your pets so you can continue to take care of them at home.

Dr. Isabelle Cecil, proud owner of Waterside Vet, graduated from 

Ross University in 2015 and has called Myrtle Beach home for nearly a decade. Driven by a passion for providing compassionate, timely care to pets in need, Dr. Isabelle brings experience, dedication, and a personal touch to every patient she sees. When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, their dogs—Ember, Taters

and Griz, and their cat, Tesla.

 Bridget's journey is one of continuous growth and unwavering dedication, rooted in her native Winston-Salem, NC, and now thriving in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she's lived for five years. For 20 impactful years, Bridget has been a steadfast veterinary technician, specializing in the intense and vital areas of critical care and emergency med

 Bridget's journey is one of continuous growth and unwavering dedication, rooted in her native Winston-Salem, NC, and now thriving in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she's lived for five years. For 20 impactful years, Bridget has been a steadfast veterinary technician, specializing in the intense and vital areas of critical care and emergency medicine. Her passion for healing and expertise in high-pressure environments led her to a new chapter, becoming an ICU Registered Nurse at a local hospital a little over a year ago. Always seeking to expand her knowledge and influence, Bridget is presently working towards her Master's Degree in Nursing Education and Leadership. Through it all, her greatest joy remains her family: she's been happily married to her wonderful husband for 19 years, and together they are raising four beautiful children.

 Kaleb is an undergrad at the University of Coastal Carolina with a marine science degree. Originally from Rodanthe North Carolina, he grew up around fish and animals. With a specialization in aquatic animals, his passion doesn't stop there. Being around animals of all species is where he thrives and gained experience through a variety of

 Kaleb is an undergrad at the University of Coastal Carolina with a marine science degree. Originally from Rodanthe North Carolina, he grew up around fish and animals. With a specialization in aquatic animals, his passion doesn't stop there. Being around animals of all species is where he thrives and gained experience through a variety of internships and labs. Kaleb enjoys a variety of hobbies such as fishing to playing multiple instruments such as drums and guitar. Kaleb owns an Australian/Retriever mix named Max and thinks of him as his son. Kaleb's goal is to make sure our clients leave happy and confident that their best friends are taken care of with compassion and utmost care

Kaitlin has a strong background in law enforcement and animal handling. She is an Ohio native but moved to South Carolina in 2014. She has gained experience from local veterinarians over the years. Kaitlin was raised around Police K9s and started handling dogs at a very young age. She completed the Police Academy in Ohio before attending

Kaitlin is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and owns her own business locally. Kaitlin is excited to pursue her current career with Waterside Veterinary Services and looks forward to helping you and your amazing pets, should the need arise! Kaitlin owns a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, an emu, and a pig.
