Dr. Isabelle Cecil, proud owner of Waterside Vet, graduated from
Ross University in 2015 and has called Myrtle Beach home for nearly a decade. Driven by a passion for providing compassionate, timely care to pets in need, Dr. Isabelle brings experience, dedication, and a personal touch to every patient she sees. When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, their dogs—Ember, Taters
and Griz, and their cat, Tesla.

Dr. Amanda Chang earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She grew up all over the world but considers Honolulu, Hawaii to be her hometown. Dr. Amanda is a mixed animal practitioner with a variety of interests in veterinary medicine. She is one of the large animal ambulatory veterinarians in Horry County as well as being a small animal veterinarian here at Waterside. Dr. Amanda is dedicated to providing the best care and medicine for your pets. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs and multitude of reptiles.

Bridget's journey is one of continuous growth and unwavering dedication, rooted in her native Winston-Salem, NC, and now thriving in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she's lived for several years. For 21 impactful years, Bridget has been a steadfast veterinary technician, specializing in the intense and vital areas of critical care and emergency medicine. Her passion for healing and expertise in high-pressure environments led her to a new chapter, becoming an ICU Registered Nurse at a local hospital a little over a year ago. Always seeking to expand her knowledge and influence, Bridget is presently working towards her Master's Degree in Nursing Education and Leadership. Through it all, her greatest joy remains her family: she's been happily married to her wonderful husband for 19 years, and together they are raising four beautiful children.

Ryleigh is an Environmental Studies and African American Studies graduate from the University of South Carolina with hands-on experience in animal care environments and client-focused roles. She is committed to compassionate animal care and supportive client experiences.

Haley grew up in the hills of Western Massachusetts and comes from a background of raising dairy goats. She has 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine as an assistant with cats and dogs, but enjoys large animals as well. Haley moved back to South Carolina to pursue higher education and eventually a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine

Haley moved back to South Carolina to pursue higher education and eventually a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, she is currently finishing her Associates in Science and hopes to continue onto Clemson. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her German shepherd mix named Liberty, together they participate in dock diving, hiking and quality time. She also loves to be by the waves on the beach and reading new books.

Over her nearly 3 decade career, driven by her deep commitment and devotion to animal welfare,she ultimately co-founded a 501(c)(3) rescue. She worked tirelessly to support orphaned & vulnerable animals in NY while rai
Lidia comes to us as a licensed Master Groomer since 1997 and a past devoted, skilled Veterinary Technician of 18 years. Over her nearly 3 decade career, driven by her deep commitment and devotion to animal welfare,she ultimately co-founded a 501(c)(3) rescue. She worked tirelessly to support orphaned & vulnerable animals in NY while raising her family until moving to Myrtle Beach in 2021.
Lidia was also established with "Guiding eyes for the blind" to raise hard working, confident puppies to help those that were visually impaired.
She continues to be a passionate volunteer & foster with numerous shelters & organizations here in Myrtle Beach, providing love, stability, and care to animals as they await permanent homes.
